Chilly chicken (Dry or wet)


Chilli Chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with chicken, bell peppers, and a spicy and tangy sauce. It can be prepared in two variations: dry and wet, each offering a unique taste and texture.



Chilli Chicken Dry: In the dry version of Chilli Chicken, boneless chicken pieces are marinated, coated with a seasoned batter, deep-fried until they are crispy, and then tossed in a flavorful, slightly thick sauce. The result is a dish where the chicken pieces are coated with a savory, spicy, and tangy sauce, but it’s not too saucy.

Chilli Chicken Wet: In the wet version of Chilli Chicken, the fried chicken pieces are coated in a sauce with a runnier consistency. This version is saucier and is often served with steamed rice or fried rice to make it a more substantial meal.
