Veg manchuriyan (Dry/Wet)

Vegetable Manchurian is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that can be prepared in two variations: dry and wet, each offering its unique characteristics and flavor profiles.

Veg Manchurian Dry: In the dry version of Vegetable Manchurian, vegetable balls made from a mixture of finely chopped vegetables and spices are deep-fried until they are crispy and golden brown. These fried vegetable balls are then tossed in a flavorful and slightly thick Manchurian sauce.

Veg Manchurian Wet: In the wet version of Vegetable Manchurian, the fried vegetable balls are coated in a sauce with a runnier consistency. This version is served with more sauce and is often paired with steamed rice or fried rice.
